Activity Description

This activity is based on a CORE CME/CNE/AANP-accredited program entitled, "Routine Assessment in Practice Seminar Series." This monograph contributes to the blended learning of the overall initiative by providing a case-based review and integration of the key learnings captured during the individual live workshops and complimentary sessions assisting participants in integrating the Routine Assessment of Patient Index Data 5 (RAPID5) program into rheumatology routine care.

Intended Learners

This activity is designed for physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners who treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Self-assess practice behavior for determination of pain severity and functional disability with evidence-based measures of pain severity and functional disability
  • Integrate the use of clinical measurement tools into daily clinical practice to diagnose RA and assess disease activity
  • Utilize patient self-report tools for improved RA control
  • Evaluate practice behavior of self-report tool utilization with evidence based criteria
