Upon completion of the article by Gottesman et al, the participant should be able to:

- Identify patient subgroups in which amyloid deposition (as measured by florbetapir uptake) was increased in this study
- Describe the association between race and changes in amyloid deposition as measured by the standardized uptake value ratio (SUVR)
- Discuss demographic differences in amyloid deposition (as measured by SUVR) in the population of patients not carrying alleles for APOE4
