Program Description & Educational Objectives

In this activity, experts in rheumatoid arthritis discuss strategies to improve patient outcomes through appropriate initiation of therapy and monitoring of disease activity.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the most recent clinical data to the selection of starting agent for the treatment of RA
  • Apply the most appropriate monitoring techniques to ensure consistent, tight disease control
  • Initiate individualized therapy for patients with RA based on long-term safety and efficacy data as well as patient convenience

Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, nurses, and other clinicians involved in the management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Requirements for Successful Completion

In order to receive credit, participants must view the activity and complete the post-test and evaluation form. There are no pre-requisites and there is no fee to participate in this activity or to receive CME/CNE credit. Statements of Credit are awarded upon successful completion of the post-test and evaluation form.
