LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- Identify patient-level predictors that were most strongly associated with clinical outcomes at 90 days poststroke in this study
- Describe how clinical outcomes in patients with baseline ischemic core volumes < 30 mL and complete reperfusion after intravenous thrombolysis (IVT-R) differed from patients with baseline ischemic core volumes < 30 mL and complete reperfusion after endovascular thrombectomy (EVT-R) in this study
- Discuss the observed outcomes among patients with baseline ischemic core volumes > 50 mL who underwent EVT-R in this study
