LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Discuss in what regions (red nucleus [RN] and periaqueductal gray [PAG]) were iron grounds greater in chronic migraine (CM) and episodic migraine (EM) subjects included in this study
- State which clinical headache variable was positively correlated with iron volumes in the RN in this study
- Discuss for which pathologic process was increased plasma levels of biomarkers associated with increased volume of iron deposits in the RN and PAG in this study
