- identify the rate of metastatic disease to the lung in both colorectal cancer and sarcoma.
- identify the rate of local progression in patients with metastatic sarcoma after pulmonary metastasectomy.
- recognize the potential of local regional treatments in the management of pulmonary metastatic disease in sarcoma and colorectal cancer.
- recall the details of the surgical technique used by the investigators to reduce the likelihood for local recurrence and improve survival.
- identify the early and long-term outcomes of the surgical technique.
