Course Description

After completing the material in this article, the learner should be able to:
1. Describe some of the conventional imaging features of recurrent glioblastoma and radiation necrosis;
2. Describe the pathophysiological differences between recurrent glioblastoma and radiation necrosis that can be exploited by advanced imaging; and
3. Discuss the diagnostic performance of perfusion imaging and diffusion imaging in distinguishing recurrent glioblastoma from radiation necrosis.
