Learning Objectives
1. Define the change in international MS criteria that now allows symptomatic lesions to be counted towards dissemination in space criteria.
2. Describe how cerebrospinal fluid testing can now be used to make a diagnosis of MS when MRI does not show dissemination in time.
3. Identify how optic nerve lesions cannot be used for dissemination in space criteria.
