Course Description

After reading this article, the learner should be able to:
- identify how common lung cancer is diagnosed relative to other cancers.
- identify the treatment options for stage IIIa non-small cell lung cancer.
- identify the complete resection rate after neoadjuvant therapy.
- identify the average postoperative length of stay in stage IIIa non-small cell lung cancer patients who had received induction therapy.
- identify that delaying surgery after neoadjuvant therapy does not increase the operative mortality.
