1. Explain the specific imaging features that suggest particular genetic mutations: multiple intraadrenal paragangliomas; synchronous extraadrenal abdominal, thoracic, head and neck paragangliomas; and malignant transformation.
2. Describe the patient’s follow-up imaging and asymptomatic relative screening to specific mutations.
